About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Senior Administrative Coordinator for a part-time role with flexible hours, ideal for those seeking work-life balance. This is for immediate start and requires experience working with a board of directors, coordinating, and supporting AGMs, and taking board meeting minutes.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and maintain board meeting records, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely action item follow-up.
* Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and skills:
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks as needed
Compensation:
15 hours per week, spread over three days, with a base of $86,600.00 per annum (FTE) + Super plus salary packaging. Part-time salary pro-rata.
