The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists within the Trainee Medical Officer Unit (TMOU) to join us as Senior Administrative Officer (ASO3).
Role Responsibilities:
Provide a high level of customer service support to Trainee Medical Officer (TMOs) and stakeholders for:
- All employment related processes, including pre-employment checks, credentialing, and scope of clinical practice.
- Orientation and following up complex payroll and rostering inquiries.
- Processing of Medical Professional Development Claims.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Ability to maintain both integrity and confidentiality in dealing with issues of a sensitive nature.
- Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, to a wide range of people on a range of sensitive and complex issues.
- Experience in a hospital setting, in particular supporting Trainee Medical Officers.
- Knowledge of the Department of Health Salaried Medical Officers Enterprise Agreement and South Australian Medical Officers Award.
