Senior Administrative Officer Transition Care Programs

• Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network, Nuriootpa
• Salary: ASO3 $66,590 to $70,968 p.a.
• Temporary Full Time position working up to 19 January 2025

Overview
The Senior Administrative Officer - TCP/ STRC / CHL is accountable to the Program Manager, Country Referral Unit by:

• Providing a range of administrative support services including data entry, file management and financial monitoring services to the Transition Care (TCP), Short Term Restorative Care (STRC) and Country Home Link (CHL)
• Providing advice and assistance in relation to delegated authorities, financial, administrative and program specific policies/procedures which contribute to the efficient and effective management of the Country Referral Unit for the objectives and the achievement of BHFLHN and SA Health goals and objectives.
