Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive team in a great industry. This role is full time, with parking on site and flexible working conditions.Duties would include but not limited to:

• Generating purchase requisitions.
• Assisting with end of month invoicing.
• Preparation of documents and reports
• General Administration across multiple business units
• Organise and co-ordinate travel arrangements for department as required.

The Successful Applicant
To enable you to hit the ground running you will come with prior Senior Administration experience

• Strong Microsoft office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• An in-depth knowledge of SAP
• Understand the PURCHASE REQUISITION process
• A willingness to learn
• A proactive and collaborative approach
