Centacare Community Services, is seeking a full-time Senior Administration Officer to join the South West team, working out of the Darra Office.
You will be responsible providing the team with clerical and administrative support through the collation of data, monthly statistics, register entry, data processing, audits and general administrative tasks.
In the role you will
- Provide clerical and administrative support ensuring 100% accuracy;
- Import data and produce analytical reports using MS Excel
- Manage debt claiming and processing of accounts including collecting, generating and processing invoices and other financial documents, accounts receivable, reconciliation of statements, and developing brokerage and contract agreements
- Prepare data for payroll and action all queries pertaining to Payroll and HR documentation functions
- Maintain confidential employee/client files and documents and;
- Ensure the region is meeting WHS obligations and legislative requirements.
- Certificate III in Business Administration or 2-3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Debtor management/invoicing experience
- Payroll experience
- Knowledge and experience working in Software applications such as Windows, MS Word, Excel, Outlook and HR Systems;
- Ability to extract and report on data
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Strong ability in decision-making and problem solving;
- High level organisation skills;
- Ability to work in a small team environment under minimal supervision;
- Be eligible to work in Australia
- Current "C" class Qld driver's licence
- Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or current Yellow Card)
- National Police check (paid by Centacare)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate (free online course)
You will be paid in accordance to our Collective Agreement with the base salary commencing at $72,124.52 pa ($36.5003/ hr) or higher depending on previous experience or qualification.
