Tingalpa State School is a state primary school located approximately 13km east of the Brisbane CBD. In 2015, Tingalpa State School commenced a French Australian Bilingual Program. In 2023, we require an additional early years French teacher to work in the French Australian Bilingual Program. Classes complete a harmonised French-Australian curriculum. In the early years, classes will complete up to 80% of their instruction in French, and will also be supported by an English teacher.

Applicants for this position must:
- Have full registration or eligibility for full registration as a teacher in Queensland with the Queensland College of Teachers
- Have experience teaching French in a primary school
- Be fluent in both French and English languages
- Have strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to maximise outcomes for students
- Concours de Recrutement des Professeurs des Écoles (CRPE) holders preferred but not essential.
