We value working collaboratively with our internal & external customers to improve service delivery.About Your OpportunityAs the Senior Advisor - Critical Infrastructure Security, you will coordinate Seqwater's Critical Infrastructure Security Program. Collaborating within Seqwater and its supply-chain, you will provide assurance of Seqwater's security arrangements, and contribute to improvement of those arrangements.Key responsibilities:
- Provide specialist advice to the business and Seqwater's Security Leadership group on Critical Infrastructure Security matters.
- Coordinate Seqwater's Critical Infrastructure Risk Management Program.
- Coordinate Seqwater's Security Leadership group.
- Provide 2nd -line assurance of Seqwater's security policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and act as Seqwater's liaison on to the Department of Home Affairs for Seqwater's notification and reporting obligations.
- Provide Critical Infrastructure Security advice to capital projects and operational facilities.
- Undertake and contribute to a range of Emergency and Critical Infrastructure Security projects of varying complexity.
- Coordinate, contribute to and prepare a range of business documents such as briefs, presentations and reports suitable for a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including executive management and Government Agencies.
- Bachelors degree (Business, Law, Engineering, or other relevant discipline).
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act (2018) regulatory framework.
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP) or equivalent.
- Cert IV in Project Management or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in the identification and assessment of legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and investigative skills, with the ability to choose and apply techniques appropriate to the situation.
- Working knowledge of integrated water supply networks including catchment management, dam operations, water treatment processes, bulk water and reticulated drinking water distribution systems.
- Working knowledge of the Southeast Queensland Water Supply System.
- Practical knowledge of the Australasian Inter-service Incident Management System (AIIMS).
