The Role & The Team
This role oversees all aspects of Financial Data, systems, governance, and digital service delivery. You will lead a team of specialists maintaining financial systems, administering financial master data, providing assurance over Financial Data whilst exploring opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process redesign across our financial functions. This role will also:
- Oversee governance and management of financial systems, including system performance, data assurance.
- Maintain, govern, and provide quality assurance over Financial Data, including SAP masterdata
- Lead the Finance Slipstream for SAP S4 Hana Cloud and Workforce Rostering project through design and development of new and improved financial processes and automation
The Person
You will be adept at collaborating across diverse functions, with experience in navigating intricate work environments. Your leadership acumen underscores your ability to inspire your team. Demonstrating proficiency in championing agile methodologies, you leverage systems, processes, and technology to enhance efficiency. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, ensures clarity and cohesion in every interaction. Additionally, you excel in upholding compliance with relevant guidelines, policies, and frameworks, safeguarding operational integrity at every juncture. You will also have:
- Relevant qualifications in Finance, Accounting or business
- Experience and knowledge of financial technology systems - ideally with SAP.
- Qualified Certified Practicing Accountant or a Chartered Accountant would be desirable
- Proven financial experience in a commercial environment
- Advanced data, analytical and problem solving skills
Security Clearance
