As the Senior Advisor, Indigenous Mentoring, you will be site-based, leading the development and implementation of a culturally appropriate support structure, including training and tailored mentoring for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) employees at our Boddington Operations. Your role is pivotal in fostering a positive, culturally safe work environment aligned with our commitments and supporting the delivery of Reconciliation Action Plan commitments. Key Accountabilities Develop and establish a mentor program model, delivering mentoring, coaching, and support directly to the ATSI workforce. Provide case management support, mentoring, and coaching to ATSI employees and create opportunities for progression. Educate and guide People Leaders in supporting ATSI employees in a culturally safe and respectful manner. Lead and drive the site-based Mentoring Support Network, collaborating with training providers for effective mentor training. Provide quarterly reports on mentoring interactions and Mentoring Support Network activities. The Boddington site offers a unique lifestyle, allowing you to live locally or stay in our Village. About You To ensure success in this role you should have: Demonstrated capacity to develop and deliver ATSI mentor training, establish programs, and manage projects. Experience effectively working and communicating with ATSI people, communities, and organisations. Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with internal and external stakeholders at various leadership levels. Applied understanding of case management practices. Ability to address and resolve complex personnel issues to enhance sustained employment outcomes. Solid written communication and data analytical skills.
