Senior Strategic Property Advisor
- Up to $173,940.00 p.a. total salary package ($123,672.29 - $156,000.00 + 11.5% super)*

Our Senior Strategic Property Advisor is responsible for Strategic Property management, complex leasing negotiations, project feasibility assessments, land acquisitions and disposals, road and public access way closures, easements and Management Orders, preparation and renewal of lease and licence documents, and negotiation of terms and conditions for buildings.
Essential Requirements:
- Completion of an industry accredited course or Tertiary qualification from a relevant field (for example, planning, valuation, property, legal studies) or equivalent in experience
- Experience in Senior Strategic Property projects, complex leasing negotiations, project feasibility assessments
- Knowledge of statutory requirements of the Local Government Act and Land Administration Act, or other relevant legislation and ability to interpret the relevant Act and policy
- Experience in Road Closures, PAW closures and land acquisitions in line with the Land Administration Act
- Experience with the land administration associated with Crown Land Management Orders
- Sound knowledge of property management and tenancy law
- Commercial lease negotiation and management experience.
- National Police Check (obtained within 3 months)
- Current ‘C’ class Driver’s Licence
