The Position
Reporting to our GM of People you will partner with key leadership stakeholders forming part of our National People Team, that is instrumental in driving HR initiatives and practices particularly amongst growth within the healthcare sector of the business across various site locations. This role will give you the opportunity to craft and influence the agenda from a people perspective in a growing and diverse industry and scope out your own space.
The role will focus on various aspects providing strategic and operational guidance of People Operations, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations and People Analytics. This is underpinned by Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. The role will support people projects, leadership development and skills training and compliance in order to support operational excellence, based in our Melbourne Office.
The Person
You will be a true HR generalist with experience gained in the health industry or a service-related industry and hold a Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline. With the ability to work in a fast-paced environment you will have strong judgement, change management and decision-making expertise and a broad range of influencing skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrable experience in Awards and Enterprise Agreements interpretation and a thorough knowledge of labour legislation will be required.
