This includes providing feedback to agencies on their PID policies and procedures.Other work includes developing information materials and resources about PID management, developing and delivering training to promote compliance with the PID Act and Standards and research activities to support PID oversight functions.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior Advisor, PID you will:
- Provide expert advice to public sector agencies about their responsibilities under the PID Act and Standards, including guidance on assessment and management of PIDs.
- Research and write information resources for a diverse range of audiences about the PID Act and Standards.
- Develop and deliver training and education programs to promote compliance with the PID Act and Standards, including training for designated PID officers as well as awareness sessions for other audiences, including experience in virtual training and engagement.
- Contribute to the management of information about reported PIDs, including database administration and quality assurance, data analysis to identify and monitor trends and preparation of internal and external reporting.
- Undertake review and research activities to support the PID oversight function.
