What’s on offer?We are seeking a suitably experienced Safety Professional to support our Merrimac Train Station project based on the Gold Coast. You will be responsible for ensuring an effective safety culture, by aligning our “Living Safely” ethos, and driving compliance with WHS legislation. As Senior Safety Advisor, you will develop and continuously enhance the safety culture through the delivery of risk-based safety strategies, and you will manage the safety system and report on periodic safety KPI’s. As an expert in the field, you will manage and monitor corrective actions, and liaise with regulatory agencies/project stakeholders as required. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in safety leadership, Tertiary qualifications in OH&S and demonstrated rail industry experience as advantageous.Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
