Senior Advisor, Workplace Relations And Investigations

In this role, you will lead and manage all aspects of Workplace Relations cases, conduct initial assessments and Investigations into staff behavioural issues.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required to support our internal stakeholders, those being senior executives, managers and staff members. You will bring extensive experience in human resources management with a particular focus on industrial and employee relations as well as investigations skills.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
* Relevant industrial Relations and/or human resource management tertiary qualifications, highly regarded
* Extensive experience in Human Resources Management with a particular focus on operational Industrial and Employee Relations and Investigations. A demonstrated understanding of investigation techniques and principles, ideally involving misconduct matters is required.
* Demonstrated ability to provide specialist advice to managers on industrial Relations and staff employment issues. In providing this advice the occupant will need to possess detailed operational knowledge of employment law, including relevant federal and state legislation (e.g., Fair Work Act and OHS Act). A detailed understanding of Government policy regarding Enterprise Bargaining processes is also desirable.
This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
