• Optimise the team through agile principles and values.
• Facilitate and drive the team towards outcomes.
• Create an impediments framework to remove blockers and escalate them promptly.
• Facilitate team ceremonies like backlog refinement for continuous value delivery.
• Incorporate the agile mindset for self-organisation, transparency, and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring

• Tertiary qualification in IT or business, or equivalent industry experience.
• Prior experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience facilitating and working with teams using various frameworks (Agile, HCD, DevOps, TDD & FDD).
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
• Good coaching skills to guide teams in following agile scrum.
