Duties- Undertake the assessment of applications received under the AgriGrowth Loan Scheme and make authoritative recommendations to the Tasmania Development and Resources Board.
- Undertake day-to-day and post loan activities such as progressing drawdowns, variations, annual review of facilities and reporting.
- Provide support to the broader unit, division and department in relation to the provision of financial assistance and support to Tasmanian businesses, and industry matters, as required.
- Ability to engage, develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Research and analyse key agricultural sectors in Tasmania, and collaborate with representatives across the State Service, to deliver quality analysis and advice.
- Prepare correspondence, ministerials and other reports as required to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, agriculture, accounting, economics or other appropriate discipline, or alternatively significant lending experience.
