How You'll Make an Impact
As a Senior Analyst within our AI Centre of Excellence, you'll play a pivotal role in ideating, shaping, and prioritising AI solutions that deliver real impact for our customers, employees, and stakeholders. You'll lead the analysis and development of AI use cases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the implementation of pilots and proofs of concept.
Your expertise in strategy, analysis and project delivery will be instrumental in supporting the AI Hub's overall strategy, roadmap, and objectives. You'll conduct user research, define requirements, and undertake cost-benefit analyses to ensure our AI initiatives align with business needs and drive tangible value.
What You'll Bring to the Team
You will bring a wealth of experience and a proven track record across strategy, consulting and project delivery coupled with strong business analyst, product/service design skills. You will be highly experienced in leading and driving the gathering of business requirements to deliver improved customer outcomes and employee experiences with a focus on ROI. You will be highly competent in driving delivery through Agile ways of working. You will play a vital role in supporting and coaching the team, removing impediments, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and fostering self-organisation. Additionally, your skills in promoting open communication, conflict resolution and continuous improvement will enhance team collaboration and drive efficiency.
Furthermore, your natural interest and passion for innovation, emerging technologies and Generative AI will position you as a driving force in shaping and advocating for cutting-edge solutions that will propel AMP forward.
