Role Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Analyst to join our expanding ETF Operations team in Australia. You will play a pivotal role in daily ETF operations. This position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our external stakeholders, including clients, Market Makers, Authorised Participants, and iNAV providers. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of unit pricing and a desire to advance their career within the ETF field. Comprehensive training in ETF operations will be provided to support professional development.
This role is open to both Melbourne and Sydney locations.
What you will do:
- Prepare and review daily ETF deliverables, including Portfolio Composition Files (PCF) and iNAV files, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Facilitate ETF order processing and provide timely trade confirmations to Authorised Participants.
- Conduct thorough reviews to ensure ETF and custody trades are accurately matched for settlements, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
- Act as a point of contact for clients and external parties, addressing queries and providing support related to ETF deliverables.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the ETF ecosystem in Australia, staying informed about global emerging trends and industry developments.
- Foster a culture of client service excellence, ensuring all stakeholders receive high-quality, responsive support and assistance.
About You:
- Previous experience in unit pricing or related financial services roles is highly preferred.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong prioritisation, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a creative and proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines effectively.
