Our crew's purpose is to deliver industry-leading customer insights capability and advisory services to drive customer obsession and guide the Group towards NPS +30. To achieve this, we partner with front line squads, wrangle complex data through scripting and deliver ultimately deliver meaningful insights and decisioning data that enable the Next Best Conversations (NBC) for customers. We are the pioneers of leveraging Next Best Action Marketing decisioning technology and the Group’s data to anticipate and meet our customers’ needs in an orchestrated, consistent and meaningful manner.
Your Impact and Contribution
We aspire to be the best analytics crew in the world at engaging customers and delivering value for the organisation. As a Senior Insights Analyst, you will support the squad capability by unlocking efficiencies through automation, enriching data quality and democratising data to optimise performance. To achieve this, your role may include:

• Deliver decisioning insights by extracting, and analysing data from multiple complex sources to identify key themes, trends and pattern.
• Develop and implement analytical models and algorithms.
• Automate tasks to improve efficiency and maintain data integrity.
• Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate findings.
• Communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders in visually demonstrative dashboard and reports.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for data driven improvements.

What You'll Bring
In addition to a demonstrable commitment to our values, you will have a high level of technical competence, the ability to automate data processes. Understanding the context behind the data is vital in this role, as well as:

• An incredibly high attention to detail, strong risk vigilance and an understanding of Secure by Design principles.
• Technical competence with SQL (Teradata & Oracle) and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of data warehouses and structures.
• Strong problem solving and debugging skills.
• Competence in automation and process simplification
• Experienced with data visualisation platforms, particularly Tableau.
• A passion for making magic happen for our customers through the power of data and analytics.
