Senior Analyst, Investment & Capital Markets

Here at Lendlease we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join our Investment and Capital Markets team. Sitting within the Lendlease Development Business, this role will provide critical support to a variety of colleagues and help to inform business decision making through financial analysis and modelling.
Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Build and maintain the financial models underpinning the investment strategies, which may include updating the model with assumptions, running various scenarios to test different capital strategies and producing succinct summaries of the results.
• Contribute to compilation of investor pitch material by interacting with different parts of the business to gather required information, create research slides etc.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to obtain information, whilst also building strong working relationships with external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to work autonomously to interpret data, translating this into financial models that support the business to make key decisions. This role would suit a candidate with an analytical mind who has an understanding/and or experience working within an organisation similar to Lendlease.
You will have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Corporate Finance or Property Finance.
• A minimum of 3-5 years working as an Analyst or similar capacity within investments.
• Experience and/or knowledge of financial services and property management industries, investment management principles, and relevant accounting and tax regulations and legislation.
• Financial modelling and analytical skills with the ability to create, amend and test financial models and forecasts.
• Previous experience preparing business reports and presentations to be delivered to a range of stakeholders.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Able to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders through effective written and verbal communication.
