Senior Analyst - Reports

Our client, a leading organization in the financial sector, is seeking a skilled Identity & Access Oversight Analyst to join their team. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the assurance, governance, and reporting functions within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) services.
Role Overview:
An initial 6 month contract
Hybrid work environment - CBD office
$500-$650 PD
As an Identity & Access Oversight Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in producing data outputs and solutions through complex data analysis and modeling. The position involves maintaining and enhancing existing monitoring and reporting capabilities across Identity Services. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and proactively address data issues.
Requirements

• Data Analysis and Modeling:

• Produce data outputs and solutions across Identity Services.
• Provide expertise in data analysis across various systems, platforms, and databases.
• Monitoring and Reporting:

• Maintain and uplift existing monitoring and reporting capabilities.
• Develop reports, visualizations, and dashboards using Tableau and Splunk.
• ETL Management:

• Manage ETL (load, transformation, and configuration changes) across platforms.
• Change Management:

• Lead and support Change Management activities associated with data solutions and deliverables.
• Technical Proficiency:

• Utilize GitHub for source code management and version control.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Business Intelligence, including data analytics, data mining, data modeling, and reporting.
• Advanced SQL knowledge, particularly with SQL Server (2008R2, 2012).
• Reporting and dashboard development in Tableau and Splunk.
• Experience with awareness of Data Warehousing Concepts and Multi-Dimensional Modeling.
• Experience in working in Cloud environments (AWS and Azure).
• Programming or scripting experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, and Powershell.
• Identity and Access Management experience (preferable).
• Stakeholder Management:

• Effectively manage and communicate with stakeholders.
• Deployment Tools:

• Experience with different deployment tools such as Rally, GitHub, Confluence,
