The Role
The Senior Analyst Workforce Development Strategy supports the Western Australian Defence Industry Workforce Office by undertaking complex research activities, data analysis and associated project management including, industry surveys, labour market demand and supply data trend analysis and economic modelling to inform the development strategies for Western Australia’s Defence Industry Workforce and holistic education and training sector responses. The position is also responsible for leading in the development, deployment and maintenance of data driven online tools that support the development of the State’s Defence Industry’s workforce.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have proven experience in labour market demand and supply data analysis, come from statistical and economic data analysis background; with a focus on Workforce Development, have advanced level skills in using Microsoft Power BI, Excel and Lightcast.
