One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced Senior Application Support Analyst to join the support team. You will investigate and prioritise business application incidents raised by the staff for SAP and Salesforce. The Successful Senior Application Support Analyst will be offered an initial 12-month contract with a 1 year extension and receive a rewarding hourly rate.
The successful Senior Application Support Analyst will be responsible for the below:
- Utilise technical expertise and specialist knowledge of business rules to investigate and resolve ICT system issues
- Apply & guide best practice ITIL methodology and utilise an ITSM system to investigate, triage and resolve incidents
- Perform data analysis and reporting in excel, including identifying trends and root causes
- Understand and support replication and testing of issues to support SIT, UAT and BVT
The successful Senior Application Support Analyst will have experience in the following:
- Supporting either SAP or Salesforce platforms
- The use of an ICT Service Management Tool and the ability to apply ITIL methodology for incident management
- New ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development
- Managing internal and external stakeholders
