We have multiple extraordinary opportunities awaiting dynamic Senior Artwork Compliance Specialists to not only set the stage on fire at our Southbank Office but to also provide operational and leadership prowess to our artwork development & operations team. Reporting directly to the Artwork Compliance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in steering our team on an exciting 24-month fixed term contract, concluding in December 2025.

Lights, camera, action - let's unveil the Key Responsibilities:

Operational and Leadership Focus:

  • Manage, lead, and train artwork team members to excellence.
  • Provide governance of Artwork Compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory and technical standards.
  • Support New Product Development project work, covering materials and compliance.
  • Developing functional and effective technical relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee business systems like Monday, Pageproof, DAM (Data Artwork Management) system, SKU Database, Barcode Verification (GS1 Certification), and CDS (Container Deposit Scheme) Registration.

Governance of Artwork Compliance:

  • Governance of Artwork Compliance to packaging regulatory and technical standards, through proofing of artwork across various packaging materials for NPD projects (New Product Development), such as innovations, renovations, promotions, and imports.
  • Ensure timely flow of compliance-related work to meet deadlines, from draft artwork to final supplier artwork sign-off.
  • Manage artwork files, including storage and document control.
  • Identify synergies and continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiencies in the artwork process.

  • You have demonstrated your capability in a similar role within FMCG or a fast-paced manufacturing industry.
  • You have a desire to or experience in guiding and inspiring teams, ensuring operational excellence in Artwork Compliance while fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Your knowledge of packaging and artwork proofing is your secret weapon.
  • Demonstrated experience in juggling intricate workflows, proving you're the ultimate multitasking maestro.
  • With an eye for detail, you effortlessly pirouette across multiple projects.
