About the Role Reporting to the Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for Accounts Receivable and Treasury functions, reporting and analyses for the aftersales business and month end duties. Your duties will include but not be limited to the following;
- Accounts Receivable aging report and assist with weekly cash flow forecasting
- Billings for the Aftersales team, including monthly backlog reporting for Aftersales, weekly sales report and order intake reporting
- Encoding stock take results and printing summary, fixed asset depreciation
- Follow up and update on customer payments and releasing orders on hold
- Process new customer credit applications
- Prepare warranty schedule and transfer warranty service orders to warranty provision
- Create PR/PO for indirect material
- Other ad hoc finance/general admin duties as required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- 3-5 years’ work experience
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to problem-solve
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage but not essential
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
