This is an exciting opportunity to join this organisation within the professional services space. Supporting 2 Senior Executives with different working styles. They are seeking a self starter who can anticipate their needs.
Our client requires a professional, adaptable and reliable individual for success in the position. Ideally someone who has experience working within the Financial Services space.
Responsibilities
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the executive's, providing high level assistance in a professional and timely manner.
- Able to pre-empt your executive's needs.
- Remain one step ahead of your executive at all times.
- Managing a busy diary and emails and for your executive.
- Organisation of client meetings.
- Coordination of board meetings and preparation as required.
- Travel booking for your exec and wider leadership team as required.
- Expense management for the 2 executives.
- Preparation of agendas and presentations, via Power Point.
- Building strong and trusted relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Managing any adhoc duties required of you.
- Adhoc project coordination as needed.
- We will be seeking a savvy commercial operator, who can manage their executives schedule and keep everything running smoothly.
- You will have a responsive approach to the role, with a high attention to detail.
- An excellent communication style will be a must to ensure success within this position.
- You must be a self starter, who shows initiative in the way you work.
- A flexible and adaptable approach will be beneficial going into the role.
- Demonstrate impeccable administration and organisational skills.
- Pride yourself on your interpersonal skills, being able to build strong trusting relationships with your executive and wider business.
- Comfortable working in a small to medium size business environment.
