Senior Assistant Manager (2IC)
The Peachtree Hotel is part of The Marlow Hotel Group. The venue provides full hotel facilities including a Sports Bar, Bistro, Gaming VIP lounge and Functions. Its an Iconic venue, that has enjoyed its transformation over the past 5 years to becoming the best family friendly venue in the area.
We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Senior Assistant Manager to join our team as the second in charge, who will work closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure the day to day operations of the venue run smoothly, whilst the highest standards of customer service are being met.
Whilst completing Assistant Manager day to day shift duties, you'll be allocated tailored KPIs, support the GM in leading thee assistant management team and given learning opportunities on a timely basis
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:
- Proven success in a hotel management role.
- Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail
- Sound negotiation and complaint handling skills
- Stock control skills
- Strong experience in gaming
- Strong leadership and culture building skills
- A passion for leading and developing people
- An ability to have fun while achieving targets
- RSA & RCG required
This is a permanent salary position (approx. 40-44 Hours p.w) and involves days, nights and weekend work including selected Public Holidays.
