About The Role

In collaboration with our Clinic Manager, as Assistant Clinic Manager, you'll be the driving force and the heart and soul of your clinic. You know that behind every successful business is an unrelenting focus on both your team, and your clients. You're tenacious about exploring every opportunity to improve the experience and the results of your clinic and in delivering memorable experiences for your clients. Your primary role will focus on understanding our client‘s concerns and developing holistic treatment plans which will help them to achieve their goals.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Providing consultations & tailored treatment programs 
• Performing face and body treatments using the industry’s leading technology
• Nurturing each clients journey and celebrating in the end result 
• Work in collaboration with a team of friendly and dedicated professionals
• General Clinic duties 

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• A dedicated beauty enthusiast who loves sharing knowledge
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver desired results & client experiences
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both with your team and when engaging with your clients
• Values teamwork and relationship building
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (desired but not essential)
• Minimum of 3 years experience within beauty, health industry or clinical setting
• Experience in leading and managing a team 
• Passion for body, health and skin treatments
