We are looking for an experienced retail/hospitality manager to join our fast paced and energetic environment in South Wharf to assist in leading the team.
You will be working hand in hand with the Store Manager and gaining support from the Assistant Store Manager to ensure day to day operations of the store are running smoothly and at a high standard. You will be heavily involved in the recruitment and onboarding of the new team, as well as ongoing training to all team. You will be leading from the front and delivering an exceptional customer service to anyone who walks in, and adhering to visual presentation standards of the store.
About you:
You will have previous experience in leading a team, working in a very fast paced environment and working to KPI's. You will have a customer centric mindset to help build a returning customer base. You will have a bubbly and outgoing personality to help maintain a positive and vibrant culture within the store.
Working in an outlet You will have knowledge in inventory management (including the ability to get stock out in an efficient period of time), visual merchandising and KPI reporting.
