This esteemed Chartered Accounting firm is renowned for its exceptional service delivery to clients nationwide. Currently, they are in search of a Senior Accountant or Assistant Manager to join their team in Melbourne CBD.
The Role:
- Manage a diverse client portfolio
- Review and preparation of financial statements, BAS/IAS, FBT, and income tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships and trust
- Addressing matters related to Div7A
- Strategizing tax planning for clients
- Offering a range of business and tax advisory services
- Providing mentorship and reviewing the work of junior accountants
Ideal Candidate
- 3-4+ years' experience in an Australian accounting firm.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, and be working towards or have completed CA/CPA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Managed junior/graduate accountants
- Experience with Xero and MYOB
- Australian Citizenship, or Permanent Residency.
