They want to provide a peace of mind to their customers and would love to have you come along as their new Tele Interviewer Consultant!Your new roleSome of your responsibilities will include:

• Work effectively within the wider Operations team, reporting through to the Tele Interview Team Leader
• Complete and respond to simple requests/tasks within the accepted service levels
• Manage customers’ expectations effectively
• Contacting customers when receiving applications to collect personal and medical information
• Work with + manager the calendar of 9 tele interviewing team members

Your skills and experience

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knows what a complaint is and when it should be referred
• Able to prioritise work objectives and requirements
• Exceptional diary management skills
• Excellent interpersonal verbal and written skills with the ability to develop relationships
