- Work effectively within the wider Operations team, reporting through to the Tele Interview Team Leader
- Complete and respond to simple requests/tasks within the accepted service levels
- Manage customers’ expectations effectively
- Contacting customers when receiving applications to collect personal and medical information
- Work with + manager the calendar of 9 tele interviewing team members
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knows what a complaint is and when it should be referred
- Able to prioritise work objectives and requirements
- Exceptional diary management skills
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written skills with the ability to develop relationships
- 1 rostered day off a month!
- Flexible working: work from home as well as from the office once training is completed
