We have a rare opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our Specialty Lines (Professional Indemnity) team in Sydney working with Malcolm Cameron.
About the team and the work
We rarely have an opportunity to join this team given the breadth and depth or work on offer and the genuine collaborative and cohesive team culture
You will work across several highly regarded partners managing professional indemnity and D&O claims. We offer substantial exposure to both defence work as well as coverage
This team offers practical and commercial advice on liability exposure, litigation, insurance policy issues and strategic opportunities to manage claims
You will also have exposure to reinsurers and may be involved in multi-jurisdictional litigated and arbitrated disputes

About you
6+ years’ experience gained in a well-regarded Insurance or Commercial Litigation practice
Previous experience in professional indemnity, D&O claims or class actions highly regarded
Well-developed analytical and drafting skills
