You must have experience in developing integration solutions using TIBCO suite of products (BusinessWorks 5.x, EMS 8.x, TIBCO BWCE) and experience with developing and managing CI/CD tools and pipelines. The ideal candidate must have experience in participating in Design workshops, experience in leading teams and good interpersonal and communication skills.Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand the requirements and provide high level solution design for Integration components to be built.
• Good understanding of Integration patterns and ability to recommend the best integration option based on the requirements.
• Experience with TIBCO based integration development, product upgrades and platform set-up.
• Strong customer services focus with an ability to respond to changing customer priorities in an agile operating environment.
• Ability to work independently and have a learning mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to efficiently manage client stakeholders and Infosys internal teams.

Ability to suggest solution/technology alternatives for a given task.Skills/Competencies:Essential:

• 4+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on enterprise application integration (EAI).
• Proven experience working with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.X and related tools (e.g., TIBCO Designer, EMS, Administrator).

Skillset in TIBCO Platform upgrade on Linux and managing the overall platform in the new OS. * Experience in High availability, Load balancing / Clustering concepts on TIBCO and underlying platform.

• Migration of TIBCO components (nonfunctional) and functional interfaces is a good nice-to-have.
• In-depth understanding of XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath.
• Experience with messaging protocols such as JMS, EMS and TIBCO Rendezvous.
• Familiarity with integration design patterns and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

• Scripting (shell, python) hands on experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to write design documents and walk the audience through the design.
• Able to estimate for the end-to-end delivery of Integration projects.
• Able to work on technical aspects and help tackle complex items including Integration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
