The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity now exists for a talented corporate Senior Associate to join this highly successful team. Experience in equity capital markets will be highly regarded but if you don't have this specific experience, but have a willingness to learn, we would still love to hear from you as it is not a pre-requisite.
Enjoying a wide range of matters, direct client access and exceptional mentoring, in this role you will work on high quality matters for premium clients including;
- public and private capital raisings;
- M&A;
- IPOs; and
- governance and general corporate matters.
