About MiQ
MiQ Private Wealth is a team of more than 60 highly experienced Advisers, Finance Specialists and Support team members dedicated to providing the most appropriate financial advice and delivering outstanding Client Service.
The Position of CSM has the following core duties:
- Provide exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, and in person.
- Prepare and collate documents for client meetings for the Financial Adviser, ensuring relevant documentation is accurate and prepared within the required timeframe.
- Build positive long-lasting positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Lodge, track and complete investment and insurance applications as per the Xplan workflow process.
- Ensure all client information is updated and correct within our system.
- Book and re-confirm Adviser/s appointments and invitations with clients.
- Prepare and collate financial, investment, and other relevant reports.
- Accurately type, edit, and format letters, file notes, reports, presentations, and other required documentation.
The role would be perfect for:
- A proactive, professional Client Service Manager, capable of thinking independently, working collaboratively, organising and completing complex tasks.
- A candidate who has good experience in using Xplan, or the ability to quickly and accurately use this software.
- Someone who has been involved in - and enjoys working within - the Financial Planning Industry.
- Someone who has an eye for detail, a professional, happy, confident, self-motivated person who wants to be part of a motivated team;
- Most importantly, we are seeking a candidate with a real focus on delivering outstanding Client Service, in a financial planning practice, with a genuine, passionate desire to help clients;
- An understanding of Opt-In, Fee Disclosure Statements, and Ongoing Advice Service Agreements would also be highly regarded, but can be learnt.
