Senior Associate Director - Quantitative Insights Strategy

We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Associate Director to work across a portfolio of tier1 clients - technology, retail, FS, Education & FMCG

We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Associate Director to work across a portfolio of tier1 clients – technology, retail, FS, Education and FMCG.
As a Senior Associate Director, you will take the rein on accounts, driving client relationships, and delivering high-end quantitative research solutions, whilst leading project teams. The role is focused on 100% customised ad hoc solutions giving you plenty of variety across brand tracking, ad testing, segmentation, U&As, path to purchase, journey mapping, and product/concept development!

Does this sound like you?

• 7/8 + years experience in strategic consumer insights
• Confidently able to design and deliver quantitative research briefs
• Fantastic at immersing yourself in client problems to establish credibility and knowledge
• A critical and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
• Hands-on data skills – Q/SPSS
• An expert storyteller who can weave together the commercial narrative to inspire clients to action
• Authentic, down to earth - a we not me personality
• Passionate about integrating new technology to provide the best research solution
• Able to help identify new business opportunities and convert leads to wins
• Inspirational to your team – able to bring along careers and coach your team mates
