We are looking for a dedicated Senior Associate to join the Commercial Dispute Resolution/Litigation team, ideally based in Brisbane, although other locations will be considered for the right candidate. The team, consisting of over 98 members nationally, handles a diverse array of matters such as:
- Contractual disputes
- Banking and finance litigation
- Intellectual property
- Insolvency
- Property and construction
- Regulatory investigations
- Tax disputes
- Advising on complex financial, funds management, and regulatory investigation matters
- Drafting court documents and pleadings
- Preparing evidence and instructing counsel
- Managing cases through the entire litigation process
- Handling a busy workload with efficiency and expertise
- 5-8 years PAE (Post Admission Experience)
- Proven ability to manage matters independently from start to finish
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
