The Role
My client, a boutique employment law specialist, is looking to hire a Senior Associate (approx 5-6 PQE) ideally from a big law firm with aspirations for partnership/directorship.
The Firm
Our client is a law firm / management consultancy hybrid and works with the clients in identifying preventative measures, not just reactive to legal matters that arise.
With respect to employment law, the majority of their work is advisory: employment and industrial relations, discrimination and some safety work.
The Directors are from top tier firms and they combine the Big Law culture of excellence with nimble and commercial expertise.
Clients are blue chip corporates, such as Mars, Frontera, Aristocrat, Honeywell, Virgin Active etc.
Lots of opportunity to nurture and grow existing client relationships or introduce new ones.

About You
- Ideally 5-6 PQE, with experience in a breadth of employment and industrial relations matters gained from a well-regarded law firm. Able to work independently without requiring a lot of supervision.
- Motivated and dynamic; enjoys interacting with clients and taking every opportunity to grow and develop these relationships.
