What do these roles look like?
Due to exponential growth within the Insurance Litigation and PI spaces, the Partners with these practice groups have requested an intake of two senior operators. These roles will focus on:
Role 1: Liability focus Property Damage and Construction Insurance matters, with some third-party Liability matters. For this position, candidates with Professional Indemnity experience are encouraged to apply.
Roles 2 & 3: Public & Product Liability and Personal Injury (CTP and WorkCover) with a significant emphasis on Public Liability matters. If interested, there will be the chance for exposure to both the property damage and sensitive claims areas.
