The Role and responsibilities
Working as part of the leadership team of a large Structural Engineering group:

• You will be afforded the opportunity and responsibility to influence growth and company direction
• You will be one of the 'faces' of the business and will be responsible for fostering, nurturing and growing relationships with clients
• You will lead projects and will therefore be responsible for all aspects of their delivery - from budget control to resource allocation and ultimately the timely delivery of high quality and cost effective designs.
• You will be responsible for resource planning and strategically growing your team

Projects will range in size and value, and will cover a wide range of building types including:

• Aged care
• Health care
• Education
• Commercial
• High-rise residential
• Shopping Centres

The Requirements
This is a role with outstanding immediate and long-term growth & development opportunities. In return, you will be able to demonstrate:

• 10 years + experience working as an Associate Structural Design Engineer or equivalent or ready to take the step-up into this role
• Australian engineering design experience is essential, with a thorough understanding of local codes and standards
• The ability to seize upon business development opportunities within existing and new clients
• Experience of delivering a range of building types
• Full working rights in Australia
