Expanding over three locations across Brisbane, we're looking for an experienced Automotive or Marine Electrician who is committed and passionate about building the best to join our team.

About The RoleDue to the high demand of our product, we are looking for our next team member who is committed and passionate about building the best.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Design & Fitment of internal and external components to the build
- Customization and/ or modification work for accessories prior to installation
- Experience with CAN bus design, layout, installation and programming.
- Automotive electrical work experience in dual battery, off grid solar/lithium systems and custom builds (12V - 48V)
- Lead the design, documentation, building and installation of electrical boards and wiring looms from scratch or modify and adapt existing looms as required
- Follow build sheets and work instructions & Well developed schematics documentation skills (with version control)
- Highly developed diagnostic, trouble-shooting and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail and Quality Control
- Ability to respectfully train and lead the development of Electrical Tradespeople, Apprentices and Trades assistants
- Ensure production deliverables are completed to a high quality standard and within production schedule deadlines
- Other tasks where required
Essentials skills
- Relevant trade qualification in electrical works.
- Previous experience in manufacturing environment
- At least 5 years experience in caravan/automotive/marine/aeronautical fields
- Demonstrated ability to produce high quality outcomes at a constant pace
- Work well in a team environment and autonomously when needed
- Must be able to work as a team member and assist trade assistants where required
Desirable skills
- Technical team leadership skills
- Knowledge of solar powered systems
- Previous work with Lithium battery systems
- Canbus/Garmin experience/exposure
