Job Overview: As a Senior BI Developer in our BI & Analytics team at Cushman & Wakefield, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and optimizing our business intelligence solutions. This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to work from any East Coast Capital City. We are specifically looking for someone with highly desirable coding skills and a strong knowledge of AI to enhance our data capabilities. If you have a proven track record as a BI Developer, proficiency in technologies such as Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and possess coding and AI skills, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and optimization of sophisticated Power BI reports and dashboards for strategic insights.
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts in the BI & Analytics team to integrate complex datasets into Power BI, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Translate complex business needs into effective and visually impactful reports through in-depth requirements analysis.
Design and optimize intricate data models within Power BI to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing for complex reporting requirements.
Oversee comprehensive testing and quality assurance protocols for Power BI reports, ensuring data accuracy and prompt issue resolution.
Utilize highly desirable coding skills (e.g., Python, R) for data extraction, transformation, and integration processes.
Leverage a strong knowledge of AI technologies and applications in BI solutions.
Monitor and optimize the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards for an enhanced user experience.
Stay current with Power BI features, industry best practices, and AI technologies, driving continuous improvement in reporting solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven extensive experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including expert-level data modeling and DAX skills.
Strong SQL skills for intricate data extraction and transformation.
Highly desirable coding skills (e.g., Python, R) for data processing and automation.
Strong knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in business intelligence.
Exceptional data visualization and report design skills.
In-depth knowledge of real estate industry data and metrics is a significant advantage.
