Form of workOur Client: Leading aged care business on the lookout for a Senior Billings Officer to start immediately. This is an ideal role for a motivated individual looking to enhance their skills within a supportive culture. There is strong potential for this role to go permanent.
Key responsibilities: Prepare and process invoices for clients Ensure all billing information is accurate and up-to-date Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing dispute Reconciliations Troubleshooting/amending invoices Receipting Prepare all billing/invoicing to the companies' residents This role will have to handle the Billing cycle for 17 monthly and 4 fortnightly villages; that is 25 Billings runs per month. All these villages are sizable in terms of number of residents.
Each village needs to be communicated with individually, sales orders need to be uploaded and altered to include ad hoc charges. The person must have an acceptable command of excel as the business manipulates excel into acceptable billing reports. About you: 5 years of experience working in Senior Billing or Accounts Receivable role Strong attention to detail Strong command of excel and ability to manipulate excel into acceptable billing reports Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
