As our Senior Billing Officer, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining our billing processes and data integrity. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity and to be successful in the role you will possess the following:
2 years’ experience in a similar commercial environment.
Strong administrative, procedural, and organisational skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team, solve problems and think like a leader.
How will you support our “Why?”
Managing various aspects of the Billing function, including generating invoices and credit notes accurately, while meeting all month end deadlines.
Calculating and billing contract termination fees and contract payout amounts.
Answering customer account enquiries.
Assisting the Sales team with account reviews.
Assisting the Billing Team Lead with the analysis of invoices, credits and cancellation requests.
Understanding billing disputes and clearly conveying these to the relevant manager for resolution.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact details for all customers.
Reviewing monthly variation and commission reports to identify any discrepancies or errors in the current procedures.
An escalation point for billing disputes and other matters.
