Equity Trustees is looking for a Senior Board Administrator to join their Company Secretariat Team. About the role:
- 12-month fixed-term maternity leave cover role, 4 or 5 days a week
- Assist the Company Secretariat Team with meeting obligations
- Coordinate board and committee meetings, draft and distribute resolutions, and lodge notifications
- Maintain records and statutory registers
- Administer Diligent (our electronic board portal)
- Collaborate on governance projects and maintain adherence to procedures
- Foster relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with policies and legislation
- Provide support in preparing minutes and other secretarial activities
- Significant experience in an Administration role with previous experience working with Boards at a listed company (preferable)
- Ability to learn Diligent, our electronic board portals
- Familiarity with ASIC and ASX online portals highly regarded
- Exceptional time management, communication and organisational skills
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach, demonstrating a "can-do" attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
