They are now looking for a new team member, someone who is reliable, enthusiastic and who knows what good customer service is.
They are looking for someone who specialises in services ranging from day to day accounting tasks, payroll, statutory obligations, monthly management reports, budgets and cashflows.
What we are seeking:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Public Practice
• Xero experience with exceptional computer skills
• Impeccable attention to detail and outstanding communication abilities
• Proven expertise in BAS, payroll, bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Genuine passion for creating lasting client connections
Responsibilities:
• Seamlessly process transactions, including handling Account Payable processing and Account Receivable payment receipting
• Conduct meticulous bank and balance sheet reconciliations, prioritizing accuracy and attention to detail
• Generate comprehensive management reports to provide valuable insights
• Effortlessly manage payroll processing, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
• Communicate effectively with clients, resolving queries promptly and professionally
Experience and qualifications:
• Experience in accounting/bookkeeping
• Proficiency in managing high volume processing, including accounts payable
• Working towards a Cert IV in bookkeeping or holds an accounting degree
• Extensive experience using the cloud accounting platform Xero
• While Xero certification is preferred, it's not essential
• Ability to handle medium to high volume clients with ease
