In-depth knowledge of the following would be required:-
- Onboarding new virtual employees (VE);
- Training VE in our processes;
- Supervising & training VE in all bookkeeping procedures:-
- Bank Reconciliations
- Payroll Reconciliations
- BAS Reconciliation
- Preparation of TPAR (Taxable Payment Annual Report)
- Preparation of Income Statements
- Prepare for End of Year (30 June)
- Day to day data entry
The skills and experience you will need to be the successful applicant: -
You would also be required to assist in training of franchisees with bookkeeping skills and accounting software, therefore the following would be required:
- Previous experience and Certifications with Xero, MYOB Account Right, MYOB Essentials & QBO desired;
- Systems orientated;
- Driven and motivated;
- Organisational abilities;
- High level of attention to detail;
- Can work autonomously;
- Able to follow instructions;
- Problem solving skills desirable;
- Hard working and committed;
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting as a minimum;
- Registered BAS Agent preferred but not essential;
- Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience;
- Experience in Dext, Deputy and KeyPay & Xero preferred but not essential;
- High level of communication skills – both written and verbal.
