Senior Brand Development Executive

About the role:
The Senior Brand Development Executive is an integral part of the Brand Development team, which is responsible for developing, implementing, embedding, and promoting the BSI brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and identity across the organization with internal stakeholders, creative suppliers working on BSI's behalf, our partners, and clients.
Reporting to the Brand Manager, the Senior Brand Development Executive is responsible for managing our brand platforms and processes, ensuring that the platforms are set up and running efficiently and that all content and assets available on our brand platforms are up-to-date, accurate, and of the highest quality.
They also liaise closely with our stakeholders to embed our brand strategy and enable them to effectively promote the BSI brand through the provision of branded content, assets, templates, and advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages the BSI brand platforms including the - intranet site, Frontify brand management platform, Workfront scheduling tool, and brand tracking dashboard.
- Supports the Brand Manager to plan and implement the BSI brand strategy across channels and audiences.
- Ensures the efficient implementation and maintenance of our platforms.
- Manages our supplier roster, liaising regularly with approved agencies and internal stakeholders on adding/ removing agencies - recommending appropriate agencies depending on need.
- Liaises with internal and external stakeholders, particularly PR, internal comms, and marketing teams, as well as external agencies to ensure outputs remain consistent and on brand.
- Ensures the editorial house style and tone of voice are up to date, liaising with and advising colleagues and agencies on message consistency and maintaining standards across the business
- Curates and produces Group Marketing internal communications (eg newsletters, content for BSI inductions
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Educated to degree-level in Brand Design, Marketing, or a similar field or equivalent experience.
- Project management and campaign/event planning experience
- Brand Management experience
- Brand Communications experience
- Graphic Design, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365 experience
- Excellent planning skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
