About the Role:Kinder supports families in raising happy children by providing products and experiences that bring daily moments of shared joy!
As the Senior Brand Manger for Kinder, you will be responsible for the development and management of compelling marketing plans for the Kinder portfolio. This includes contributing to strategy and leading implementation and compliance with regional brand plans. You will take the lead on driving local market share, launching new products, and managing the P&L and annual marketing spend. You will be leading and managing a team of 5 as well as being a part of the ANZ Leadership Team.
You will be responsible for the executing the Kinder brand strategy development across the product portfolio which includes Kinder Bueno, Kinder Surprise, Kinder Chocolate, and Happy Hippo.
This will include making recommendations for brand tactics, pricing, marketing, and advertising to increase market share of Kinder products across Australia & New Zealand. As the brand grows, you will evaluate new product ideas, investigate market opportunities, and launch new products into market
You will be responsible for working with experts across our business to ensure effective and cost-efficient communication, media development, promotions, trade marketing, and budgeting for the Kinder brand to achieve strategic goals.
Along with other stakeholders, you will have input into POS development, trade presentations and market research to ensure that the Kinder brand is aligned to marketing plans, local sales trends, and consumer needs.
Heading up a team of five, you will ensure that they are effectively meeting their goals and lead them in their personal development.
You will be supported by Senior Management locally in Australia, as well as Kinder Management at a regional level.
You must have a relevant degree and 5+ years experience in Brand Management with a strong understanding of the FMCG market. You will need strong analytical skills and be an innovative and strategic lateral thinker, with the ability to manage teams and the Kinder brand with creativity as well as strong business acumen.
As the Senior Brand Manager, you will need to have keen negotiation, organisational and problem-solving skills to be successful.
