This is a unique opportunity to work with a truly unique skincare brand that has a leading reputation within the market and a global presence.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will also mentor and manage a team of Brand Managers and a Consumer Marketing Manager, guaranteeing unified brand messaging and optimised market penetration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategise and implement an overarching brand strategy that reflects the brands global vision and meets the local market’s objectives, covering all channels including professional salons, retail, and direct-to-consumer
- Foster strong collaboration with Sales, Education, Retail, and Digital teams to align strategies, goals, and communications across all initiatives
- Oversee the development and management of Trade and Consumer Marketing strategies to enhance revenue, brand visibility, and consumer engagement
- Drive influencer marketing and social media campaigns to elevate brand awareness and foster community engagement
- Coordinate with Operations to align product availability with marketing campaigns and consumer demand
- Liaise with the global marketing team to ensure the local market's needs are addressed while effectively localising global strategies
- Analyse campaign performance using data analytics, adjusting strategies based on insights to maximise market impact
- Promote a culture of creativity and innovation within the marketing team, encouraging new ideas and a test-and-learn approach
- Oversee and direct the Graphic Design team to support marketing and company goals
- 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role within brand management, with a strong track record in team leadership
- Expertise in B2B and B2C marketing, preferably within the luxury or premium beauty industry market sector
- Proficient in digital marketing trends, e-commerce, and social media strategies
- Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively across departments and with senior management
- Demonstrated resilience and adaptability, with a history of successfully managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment
